If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 working days of receiving it, providing your order number, a description of the issue and relevant photographs.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept requests relating to damaged products, manufacturing defects, incorrect items or missing items.
Returned products should be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with their original tags and packaging where available. These conditions do not exclude claims for defects that only become apparent after reasonable use.
Exchanges due to size, colour preference or a change of mind are subject to approval and stock availability. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of these exchanges.
For confirmed defects or errors on our part, Fareeda will cover reasonable return and replacement shipping costs. Please contact us for instructions before returning any product.
Refunds
Refunds may be issued for unavailable items, approved claims or agreed cancellations. The refund will include the amount paid for the affected items and any applicable shipping charges.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days of approval and receipt of the returned product, where a return is required. Refunds will be made through the original payment method or an agreed bank transfer. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the funds.
Order Cancellations
Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. Cancellation requests are subject to the order’s processing status.
Orders that have already been dispatched must follow the returns process.
Your Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit your rights under applicable Malaysian consumer protection laws.
