Product colours may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography and screen settings. Measurements may vary slightly where a tolerance is stated on the product page. These variations do not excuse products that are defective or materially different from their description.

3. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to payment verification and stock availability.
An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. Acceptance takes place when we confirm that your order has been dispatched.
If we cannot fulfil an order because an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified or a material listing error has occurred, we will contact you. Any payment collected for an order we cannot fulfil will be refunded.
If a pricing or product information error affects your order, we will explain the correction and allow you to confirm whether you wish to proceed or receive a refund.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise indicated.
Applicable shipping charges and any other payable charges will be shown at checkout before payment. Please review the total amount before completing your purchase.
Payment must be made using a method available at checkout. Orders will only be processed after payment is confirmed.
Prices may change for future purchases. Such changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
5. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated validity periods, eligibility requirements and specific terms.
Unless expressly permitted, promotional offers cannot be combined or applied retrospectively to completed purchases. Discounts are not redeemable for cash.
If an order is refunded, the refund will reflect the amount actually paid for the affected items.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Local orders are delivered through J&T Express. Shipping charges, processing times and estimated delivery periods are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. If your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, please contact us so we can assist.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details. Any proposed redelivery charges resulting from incorrect details or unsuccessful delivery will be communicated before redelivery is arranged.
7. Order Changes and Cancellations
Please contact us immediately if you wish to change or cancel your order.
Requests are subject to the order’s processing status. Once an order has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible, and any return request will be handled under our Refund Policy.
If we cancel an order that you have paid for, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items and any applicable shipping charges.
8. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Please contact our Customer Service team before returning any product so we can provide the appropriate instructions.

Website content, including the Fareeda name, logos, product photographs, graphics and written materials, belongs to Fareeda or its respective owners and licensors.
